Lost 80 pounds eating healthy, strength training with a highly qualified trainer, and long distance running. Had a hip injury training to climb Mount Whitney which set me back physically and emotionally, put 20 pounds back on. I've re-set my goals to use bicycling as my aerobic activity. Training for Giro di San Diego Gran Fondo, a 106 mile race with a HC climb.
