I'm 5ft 5 and 169 lbs. I want to get down to my target weight of 137 lbs by the beginning of the New Year. I want to be healthier, feel fitter, have more energy and just feel good about myself for a change.
I am going to exercise at least 3 x a week and track my diet carefully. I already eat quite healthily but my portion control is poor and I snack often so a change of life style needed.
I live in Norfolk in the UK with my partner. We have four kids between us aged between 17 and 29 (only one at a home now). I work in Management so am very desk bound (bad) and don't do enough exercise (even worse). I live in a village and need to get out and about in the lovely countryside around me a bit more.
I love to write and can loose myself for hours in a book. I also love to cook and am really forward to trying out all of the new recipes on Spark.
