Thanks for commenting on my blog and also for waking me up to the fact that I want to focus on what I do want and not what I don't want. I say this because yesterday I made my background pic my "fat" picture; when actually it should be my skinny pic!! I know better than to do this. I know that what we focus on expands to always focus on the good and the positive.

Thanks for the goodie! I have in fact been playing a lot of golf and LOVING it! I'm a beginner so pushing my golf trolley up the hills at my golf course brings me to my physical limits (and sometimes beyond!). I am starting to love that feeling! I hope you are also getting some golf in while it is still summer. If nothing else, we can enjoy Ladies Olympic Golf this week!
