Go Pounds Go!

My goal has recently changed. Previously it was to lose weight and I still want to do that, however, now I feel so much better after changing to healthy foods I want to continue feeling better and if I lose weight that's great! I am learning so much from the articles about good nutrition. Perhaps it is because I have the time now to read these articles when in prior years I was busy working and raising a family. I didn't make the time nor take the time to be healthier.

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog on being sugar, gluten, and dairy free! I eat very little red meat, limiting it to 2 X's a week. I eat fish, chicken, turkey, and things like quinoa and things like that. I use lots of spices, because sugar is in almost all sauces. I read every label. Thankfully, Trader Joes sells salsa that has no sugar! I eat fresh fruit, veggies, and drink plenty of water. It's a big change, but l'm excited that the biggest changes are taking place on the inside. Can't wait to get my blood tests results! I hope this helps answer some of your questions. Take care! Dee

Thanks for the comment on my Feed. Went to the show tonight & it was really good. Lots of fun! The show is tomorrow at 8 PM, Sunday at 2 PM and then next week Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 8 & closes Sunday at 2PM. They have a facebook page (Twin City Stage) and a website with some pictures and other info. I'm going again tomorrow night and then at least one more time next week. My daughter is Denise McKibbin & she has 3 roles in it and has had a blast rehearsing for it.

Hi *waves* thanks for popping by my blog. :-)
Judging from a recent trip to the hospital where I had to fill my bladder for a scan, water only stays in your body in any quantity for an hour before screaming to be let out. I dread to think what sort of speed it would be doing if it included laxative. LOLOL
