Gonna be under by 35!! No Defeat here..

I need to lose 50 lb and need all the encouragement I can get. I struggle with Thyroid issues, which makes it even harder to stay focused! I also have 2 little ones and a hubby to take care of WHEW! I'm not highly motivated, but trying to find a way to become motivated!

My Goals:
I want to lose for a healthier body! I cant bear the thoug ht of my children growing up without me, so I am really trying hard this time. I somehow go strong for a while, but drop off the wagon. I REALLY hope Sparkpeople help me with this!

My Program:
Cardio 6 days aweek and sticking to 1200 calories a day!

Thanks for the kind words! You have made great progress so far yourself! I think the biggest thing for me was finding workout programs that I am excited about and don't get bored with. I never thought I would LIKE exercising! It's just a matter of finding what excites you. emoticon

Sure you can do it. I read your profile. We work everyday trying to better our lives by becoming more healthy and fit. It's one day at a time.
The interaction I get here at Spark is very important to me. Just as having you and other friends. Just as logging on and tracking my food and exercise. Answering my comments and e mails.
It all plays a part in my comment to staying on track and reaching my intended goal and maintaining.

Welcome to SP & thank you for the friend add! SP is an awesome site filled with encouraging members. Personally, I find that the more involved I am with the site, the better I stick with my plan emoticon

I have never tried Zumba, even though it looks really fun. I got hooked on Turbo Jam (dancey kickboxing) & that is my go-to workout whenever I need an energy boost!
