It's one day at a time. The interaction I get here at Spark is very important to me. Just as having you and other friends. Just as logging on and tracking my food and exercise. I have never tried Zumba, even though it looks really fun. I got hooked on Turbo Jam (dancey kickboxing) & that is my go-to workout whenever I need an energy boost!
