SUMMER IS GONE, HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!!! IT WENT BY SO FAST THIS YEAR !!!

I'VE BEEN WITH SPARK SINCE THE END OF 2008.
ACTUALLY, I'VE LOST WEIGHT, BUT KEEP GAINING AND LOSING THE SAME 5 POUNDS. I KNOW I COULD OF BEEN AT GOAL ALREADY IF I CONTINUED MOVING FORWARD. I DON'T KNOW WHY I SABATOGED MYSELF AND MAYBE IT DOESN'T MATTER. I WANT TO CONTINUE ON MY JOURNEY.

MY GOAL IS TO LOSE POUNDS UNTIL I FEEL AT A COMFORTABLE WEIGHT...SOMEWHERE NEAR 70 POUNDS.

I LOST 35 POUNDS BEFORE I CAME TO SPARK AND KEPT IT OFF UNTIL THE END OF LAST YEAR. I HAVE GAINED 15 # BACK. I WANT TO CONTINUE MY JOURNEY AND REACH MY GOAL! I WILL LOOK TO MY SPARK FRIENDS TO GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT.

SEPTEMBER 2014:

I'M HAPPY TO REPORT THAT I HAVE ENTERED ONDERLAND DURING THE SUMMER BIGGEST LOOSER CHALLENGE. I HAVE LOTS OF WORK TO DO. THIS SUMMER I STARTED AN EXERCISE CLASS AT OUT LOCAL COLLEGE...IT'S JUST WHAT I NEEDED! THE CLASS IS GEARED TO MY FITNESS LEVEL AND I AM SEEING THE RESULTS. I AM SIGNED UP FOR THE FALL TERM ALREADY:) THIS IS GOING TO A GREAT REST OF THE YEAR!!!
