I am striving for good health, and to look better in my clothes. I've reached my first goal of fitting into a size 8. Yeah!
I really do not like to workout, but I discovered Leslie Sansone and have become hooked on her waking program. I workout everyday for at least 30 minutes. I also like coach Nicole's workouts.
I'm Marybeth and I live in CA with my husband David. And we enjoy spending time at the beach with our little dog Kerry.

Our monthly challenge is the "November 2013 Fitness Challenge" You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called the "Back to Basics" and will concentrate on all the things we should to be successful on our journey to a new person.
The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have. Our newest one will help you deal with a plateau or jump start a new time of weight loss.
