Hey Goodlookin!

I have been "unsparked" for soooo long and have decided to re-commit myself to this journey. I have regained weight and been dealing with some medical issues and so have been neglecting my diet, my exercise and my well-being. This has resulted in feelings of guilt and low self-esteem but I know that with positive changes I can regain the confidence I had before.

Not being one to make New Years resolutions I have decided to start now and hopefully ring in 2016 with a plan and some ...

Staying within my calorie count most days

Adding protein to my diet

Drinking lots of liquids (water, tea)

Exercising at least 35 minutes 4-5 days a week

Finding things to do other than eat

Making healthier choices for me and my family

Eating "real" food instead of take out and convenience food

Reward myself when small goals are met.

I haven't been on here too much lately other than to track my food. Im doing better. I have 4-5 accountability buddies I talk to on a daily basis that is helping me a lot!! Haven't lost any weight yet since I restarted, but Ill get there :) Hope things are well w you!!
