I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

Hi Gor! Thanks for stopping by my blog! I have some new plans for my guest room and I'm fairly excited about it. I'm expecting a nice tax refund and I'm going to buy some new furniture and fix it up as a little "getaway" room.

Most of the stuff I kept I found a place for, but there's still a couple of boxes of my kids' old stuff that I really don't know what to do with.
