I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

Hi---You asked how I 'kicked the sweets' ............. I realized my body does NOT like sugar; I made the transition some time back ....... I have no cravings for it; I think when one's diet is truly balanced and I admit to lots of veggies and some fruits daily + my protein ........ I got away from it. I do have one to two tiny bites of dark chocolate squares ..... I know it can be done the more you acquire new tastes the body can actually repel sugary stuff. And it is not that I would not like a piece of pie or a piece of cake; I just choose not to; too big a price to pay. Thanks for asking.
