Ok! I have been sparking for a while:) I had a little major surprise come along which is our little miracle! She was born in 2011 in the middle of my training for my first half marathon I was so ready! I went a head and ran my half marathon while pregnant. I was so discouraged that I gained so much weight and lost all my hard work under it all. I decided to pick myself back up and signed up for another half in 2012. Ok! I have been sparking for a while:) I had a little major surprise come along which is our little miracle! She was born in 2011 in the middle of my training for my first half marathon I was so ready! I went a head and ran my half marathon while pregnant. I was so discouraged that I gained so much weight and lost all my hard work under it all. I decided to pick myself back up and signed up for another half in 2012. That got me motivated enough to run it even though I didn't put all the hard work back into it.
Today I have my 3rd half marathon coming up and then a month later another one. It shows that if you set goals and go for it; it will happen. I am also getting ready to sign up for my first marathon which is considered the most difficult one in the US. So this gives me the motivation I need to do things I
didn't think I could or even want to do. I hope I can continue to be healthy and stay active for myself and children.

My Goals:
My goals are to train and be fit for my upcoming half marathon's and to begin training for my first marathon in the spring. Also I have those last few stubborn pounds left from my pregnancy that I hope shed off during training. Then run my 2013 5ks and 10ks faster.

My Program:
Training for my upcoming half marathon's and then start training for my 1st whole marathon.

Ok I havent been on here in a little over a month. I found out in the middle of my training for my upcoming marathons that I am pregnant. What a surprise!! It wasnt suppose to happen but was a little miracle to us. Now I have to learn how to start all over with a little one and also starting all over with my routine of working out. It has been a ruff road for the past month, with all the nausea and no energy. I have put back on my weight that took me so long to get off and I have struggled with that. But I know that I need the food so I hope I will slow down gaining weight once my body gets used to all the food intake.

Ok so I took your advise after looking at how much weight you have lost IM BACK! on spark. Im the one that introduced you to spark and look who has stuck with it haha. I really want to loose 30 pounds but if I can loose 20 by Nov. I'll be HAPPY! Im proud of you sis! luv u

Welcome, you have come to the right place. LOTS of good resources and good people here. Use that Food Tracker and start logging your food---if you've never kept a food diary before, it might be a real eye opener!
