Oh! The blueberry syrup I mentioned in my blog... it's just frozen unsweetened blueberries and a little orange juice (or any fruit juice, or lemon juice and a bit of sugar if you don't drink juice or have it on hand). Boil it like crazy while you're making your healthy waffles or pancakes and then use the leftovers on plain greek yogurt. Deeeee-lish!
haha Before I moved to the DFW area I went for a walk in good ol Landa Park. On the weekends its full of families and people motivated to walk or run (very nice place!) Funniest thing ever also happened that day. My boyfriend and I saw a TURKEY hanging out with a family of ducks and geese! He was their cousin I suppose. Going for a swim and everything with them!
