Hi; thanks for your encouragement on my friend feed. In response to your question, I have only done a few P90X workouts here and there; I mostly do Insanity because I love the results I get from it. Both are fairly easy to follow, basic-but-difficult moves that pretty much just kick your butt. I was a total beginner when I started Insanity, just stopped and took some extra breaks when needed and worked my way up to a pretty decent level of fitness. I think you could do either program as a beginner. Just don't overdo it in the beginning. I am 42 and can keep up. There are some good SparkTeams for both. I would highly recommend going for it if you want some awesome results!!! emoticon
