This is IT!

I have been trying to lose weight and keep it off most of my life. At one point, a low point, I weighed over 200lbs. Standing 5 feet 3 inches I was grossly overweight. At my lightest, I was 150lbs about 15 years ago. I would like to get back there and stay there for myself and for my five year old!
