Its Never too late to change course.

I Reached my original weight loss goal of 155 pounds on Oct. 16,2009. I was done 54 pounds and felt amazing. I did a pretty good job of maintaining all things considered.

but in the past year I didn't just fall off the healthy wagon...I forgot there even was a wagon. When all my clothes started to feel too tight. I said...Oh dear...I need to find the fricken wagon.

So much in my life is amazing, I'm learning and growing and laughing. Life really is this amazing ...

So much in my life is amazing, I'm learning and growing and laughing. Life really is this amazing journey and in order to enjoy all the goodness of it, your health really needs to be good.

Soooo I'm back and looking forward to this journey back to goal.
I need to lose 25 pounds.

Looking forward to sharing my journey with all my past buddies and new spark buddies this time around. Baby steps will get us there. Whooot Whooot....Look...I see the Wagon!!!!

I've been married to a truly wonderful man, named Glenn for 27 years, he was my high school sweethart. We have three kids, Kailee 23,
A wonderful new soninlaw Graham, Brandon 21, and Tristan18. I believe in the power of Positive thinking and that we have the ability to create our reality.

Hi, welcome to Positive Sparkers! DH and I have been through Nova Scotia several times: we love a lot of spots there. In fact, DH will be driving through in August on his way to Newfoundland to hunt moose.

I did have a good run, thanx!
But it seems that our c25k programs differ somehow. My w2d2 includes intervals of 90 second runs and 2 minutes of walking. I will have 3 min runs next week. And I feel ready for this as I find the 90 min runs too easy. I'm not skipping w2d3 though, as I'm afraid that I might be wrong about it.
So here's to us doing this emoticon
