I did have a good run, thanx! But it seems that our c25k programs differ somehow. My w2d2 includes intervals of 90 second runs and 2 minutes of walking. I will have 3 min runs next week. And I feel ready for this as I find the 90 min runs too easy. I'm not skipping w2d3 though, as I'm afraid that I might be wrong about it. So here's to us doing this 1054 days ago
