Gonna get healthy

I like to write poems and watch chick flicks. I have a lot of health issues but i am determined to get healthy and stay that way. Life is too short to sit on the side lines so, I'm jumping in with both feet, get ready to walk then run into adventure and wellness

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to eat healthy and get active so my health problems diminish. I am determined that I will get under 200 lbs this year.

My Program:
I am drinking more water, and learning new recipes so I don't get stuck in a diet rut.
Also doing indoor walking video at least 3 times a week to start out and then increase as my energy levels go up.

Other Information:
I love lighthouses, I think they are awesome.
They shine out light to help boats navigate to where they need to go so they don't crash.
I see Jesus as our light that guides us out of the dark places in our lives to a place of safety.
His Words are a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
