My goals are to get down to more comfortable weight for my body and to be healthy.... actually my goals are to look smoking in sexy clothes. :-)

I have learned that being healthy is the way to go. I have changed my diet that to a vegan and am being very strict as to what I put into my body. I have heard all my life that you are what you eat, and I finally have the plan that when I eat healthy, I will be healthy :-)

I am keeping track of what I eat and trying hard to limit it to 1200 to 1400 a day.
I am also doing 1 to 2 hours of cardio and weight training every day now.
