1. Weight down to 140# 2. Journal my food 3x per week 3. Drink my water! 64 oz per day. 4. Work out consistently, and to achieve this I must take time to schedule my work outs and then do it.

We are so glad to have you on the team! We’re hoping we have a fabulous Fall into Fitness challenge. Be sure to check in with the team regularly. A few things to acclimate you to the group, or reminders for those returning Orange Members!
ITC is the inter-team challenges that all Biggest Loser teams are doing together. There is an ITC and then a Bonus . . . which is also all teams.
OTC is Orange Team Challenge, which are challenges that our team is working toward. Hmmm . . . you will still see references to RTC, because we used to the Red Team and old habits die hard (which we also know from breaking some of our bad health habits). Our team will also have a mini-challenge – which is only our team as well. We will be looking for suggestions from our members so we have everyone’s input on the OTC/RTC and mini-challenges. Watch for that . . . coming soon.
We will post challenges each Wednesday evening/Thursday morning . . . so watch for those. There will be a challenge posting, and then a posting where you can report your progress just for that week.
Thursday is weigh in day, where you need to report your numbers so the lovely Vannessa (NESSAGIRL67) can then go and calculate, chase down the missing, and submit our results to the overall challenge.
