My Goals:
My goal is to lose 75 pounds to get me back down to where I looked great. I'd like to be able to be active and happy.

My first goal is to get to 199, and my next goal will be 175.

My Program:
I'm just going to count calories by making healthy choices. I intend on 1,200-1,500 calories a day. I've cut out sweet tea. I use to drink 1/2 gallon a day which means that in itself is cutting 500 calories a day.
