My Goals:
My goal is to get into my best physical shape. As a soon to be instructor I want my fitness to inspire others. My goal is to be lean and strong at 145 lbs.

My Program:
I am going to eat 1200-1500 calories a day with an emphasis on protein. In addition, I will kickbox, mmaxout, weightlift, run or krav 5 days. Workouts will always be 1-2 hours.
