Ive been overweight/obese since I was about 10 years old. When I left school and went to university I gained about 20lbs bringing me up to somewhere in the region of 175lbs. That was 15 years ago and since then ive never managed to lose the weight and instead have yoyo'd and now am at my alltime highest weight of 217lbs (As of End Dec 2013). I bought my first home by myself in Sept 2012 and although I love my new home unfortunately, living alone assisted me to fall into a routine of binge ...

I bought my first home by myself in Sept 2012 and although I love my new home unfortunately, living alone assisted me to fall into a routine of binge eating out of loneliness, I now have a housemate so hoping that now i can regain control of my eating and rediscover the fun-loving happy person I KNOW I AM INSIDE !!!!!

I have a history of putting goals in terms of weight (eg I aim to be 160lbs by xmas etc) but this time I want to make goals of consistancy (eg I aim to eat within my goals for at least 10days straight) and just let the lbs come off naturally. I also aim to get back into zumba as I really do love it but over the past few months Ive been glued to the sofa watching tv, eating pizza !!! EEEEKKKK!!!

So here I am, I want to reclaim my life, I want to become the fun loving, girl I know I can be ....this has to work, I want to learn to live my life & love it, for me and stop putting things off.....

Feel free to give me any tips,advice, comments......

My Goal is to finally put and end to the excuses and stop my weight ruling my life,,,,life is too short it needs to be enjoyed but sometimes the things you think make you happy are the ones that truely bring you down......
