My Goals:
need to drop weight to drop blood sugar level.
as a type two diabetic I know this is the best way to control my health.

My Program:
I just started going BACK to the public pool. I had very good results with this a year or so ago. (Only activity I can do with bad knees, hips, back and asthma)

I also will TRY to eat better.Started using food tracker 7/29/0
starting @ 274.8

Personal Information:
We live in the so. cal desert. We have two grandchildren(one pre-teen and one teen). Three generations living together with 5 dogs and two cats.

Other Information:
My family and I believe that the bible is the inspired word of God and Jesus is our personal savior. Were all over weight and 4 are obese.
We have a little different living arrangement ,but it works for us, and is the most beneficial for the good of the whole .

Thank you for the goodie! I love my new hip-joints.I feel free now,not trapped in a painful body.I messed up my rt hip joint because after surgery,I over used it due to my left being so bad. As a result,it took longer for the rt one to heal.
I still limp a bit on the rt side.I had to relearn to walk.I don't know how babies do it .I didn't know you have to lift leg,step forw on toe then step back on the heel." What"?That is so hard to do.Every night I would have dreams of getting out of bed and walking with ease.
I had to relearn how to turn o ver in bed without knocking the joints out of place.I ha to sleep on my back for 4 months : it was the pitts! I enjoy sleeping on my stomach.
Two weeks ago I discovered I can drive my jeep wranger.I can use the clutch without my hip giving out.Now I really feel free.
My poor high desert home was a mess when I moved back 3 days ago. The dust and mice had to go!I still have the living room to clean.The shed with all my books has to be cleaned and the books need to be reboxed and rats and mice have to find a new place to live.
This is getting to long.thanks again.
