Re-booting is hard, but you're right - we can do it! My goals this week are to exercise consistently, track food, and stay motivated through the entire week (not fizzle out at the weekend). Off to track my food!
I'm also doing a Spark reboot!! Well, probably my 25th reboot :) I've been a member since 2006, and I lost a lot of weight, but it's been on and off for the last few years. I've never gone back to square one, but I'm getting close.
