Back on Track

Hobbies ~ watercolor, scrapbooking and playing shuffleboard (outdoor). While scrapbooking for my grandkids recently, I noticed I have been fighting this fat for many years. Time to get serious.

I lose weight very slowly. 2 years ago I was at my highest at 184. I average about 1 lb per month. But when I realize I have lost 20 lbs, it encourages me to continue.

I love it! LOL! You wish your scale would stop saying "obese"!

I am 3/4 of a pound away from leaving the obese category and going into the overweight category.

Saw your comment on the Fast Diet September chatter and noted that knowing tomorrow I can have what looked so tempting today is what makes this WOE relatively easy and painless. My husband comments that this is the easiest ever because we only have to count calories and/or nutrition 2 days a week. Hope things continue to go well for you. We're in our 11th week and have lost marginally but steadily and feel better in a number of different ways already.
