    I use MFP to track food also. It seems easier to me. I don't really track exercise. I had a sugar addiction, I believe. I just tell myself "I don't want that" now instead of "I can't have that" and it helps. I really don't want the sugar now.

    How's it going with you? It's been a while since I've heard from you, hope all is well. I'm still sticking with my New Year's resolution to stick to low carb. This is the longest EVER I've stuck with a resolution. :) I'm down 44 lbs as of today. Will update my ticker tomorrow as my official weigh in days are Saturday. :) Would love to hear how you're doing!

    What a coincidence, I started with Paleo, but switched to Phase One of Atkins. :) I think later phases of Atkins and Paleo are very much alike. Where are you at on your journey? My highest weight was back in July last year when I hit 272.5. That and other things made me realize I have to do something. Since July I'm down 35 lbs, but didn't start Atkins until January, like I said. Do you exercise regularly? That's an area I still fall short one.

    Good afternoon! So... are you following any particular diet plan?
    I started Atkins on 1/14/17 and I'm down 12 lbs as of Saturday. :)
    My biggest problem is getting in even just 10 minutes.
