Change...from within.

So, I'm back again... Looking at my profile it's strange that I have been here for about 6 years! (off and on..)

When I first joined, I was 145lbs, with the help of SP I lost 20 lbs. I was 125 and feeling amazing.

Then, for no apparent reason, I gave it all up.

Big flaw in my character - I never finish anything I do. So, I decided that THIS TIME I would get to my goal and keep it... forever.

I am a negative nelly. I don't just see the glass as "half full," I see it as having a hole in it, so even if i tried to refill it - it would be fruitless, so why try.

I decided that I needed to change from the inside out. I got a book on depression, books on change and books on my type of "personality" and for the first time in my life I am actually seeing the way out of this endless spiral I have lived in so long.

I KNOW the person I am and want to be in my life, I can see her... just like when I quit smoking in 2000 - I saw myself being smoke free, not I just gotta get to the girl I know I am.

My Goals:
To be 115 - trim and fit.
To think positive.
To help others lose weight.
To work from home - at least part time.
Maybe - even become a personal trainer someday.








My Program:
Right now, I don't have a *program* per se, but I am just trying to be more active and aware of my food intake.
I have been reading "The bodyfat solution" and it's pretty interesting. Good sound advice. It says to "ask for help" when you need it and get a support system, so here I am, back at SP. I read a lot of fitness magazines, so my strength training varies greatly. My body responds better if I change it up all the time.

Personal Information:
Mom of three kids. They are all grown up now and my youngest is in college! I also have an adorable grandson as well. :)
I have been with a great guy for 10 years.

Other Information:
I am a blog loving, review writing, computer geek! Computers are my thing. I am not a pro - but I know enough about them that I can help people when the need it!

Happy Wednesday! Thank you for all of your support on Spark the past few months. I really appreciate it! I don't have much time on here to browse as often, but I am trying to reach as many goals as I can! Keep pushing towards yours!

I never saw the shows but I do know that people have a lot of misconceptions about the Amish.

We have a large Amish and Mennonite community here. They built our pole barn. We have signs on the roads to watch for buggies. We sometimes go to the bank and a buggy will be setting at it. LOL.
