I'm 66 and have always been a little over weight. Last Christmas, I challenged by grandson to lose weight and I decided to join him. I have lost 19 points in that time but have been at a stand still for the last 3 months. I decided to join Spark People once again to keep motivated. I started riding a stationary bike 1 - 2 hrs a day but still find I cannot lose weight. I would like to lose it slowing so I can keep it off.
