To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
On your winning vote for Worlds Apart! Sierra was a likeable player but she didn't win. Your vote for Carolyn to come in second was a winner. Sorry she won't be playing again this time and sorry Sierra wasn't given the chance to. Glad this season is over and hope the next one is better.
Terri doing well over here, having trouble with pop ups though. Nice to see you and it is great that hubby is on board with eating healthier, makes getting and staying healthy so much easier with help. Hope the fridge is well stocked. Have a beautiful day
