To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 58 years old. I have been married for 38 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Thanks Terri. Riley is finally feeling better, he has a terrible throat infection, we did take him to the vet, he is on antibiotics, but is now eating, He loves pop cycles, helped him to feel all better.
Back from a great weekend in Chicago. Hope you had a good weekend. My daughter made baked oatmeal today for breakfast before we left. She made it with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. It was fantastic. I was also thinking we could change the recipe up and do apples and raisins with cinnamon.
Having a great weekend. The grandkids did so well with the play they were in and Maggie singing her song in the play brought tears to my eyes. Been cold and windy and when we left the restaurant tonight it was also raining. Enjoy your weekend. Glad Sierra is home. Marge
