To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 58 years old. I have been married for 38 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
No snow here. Temps were in 20's and sunny. My daughter was leaving on vacation and was at airport at 630am for 830 am flight. Ended up not flying out till after 900pm. Long day with 2 little boys at airport. Have a good day
Hope your week is going well and you're meeting your goals. Mine is going well and I've been keeping really busy. I'll be busy for the next week or two as kids are coming home for Thanksgiving and lots to get ready. Can't believe grandkids have whole week off for holiday. When everyone leaves I'll be busy decorating for Christmas. This year since I am retired I'll go thru all my decorations, purging as I go thru boxes and see things I no longer need or use.
