To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Hope you're having a good week. The trail mix I ate had almonds in it and I just thought it was a hard almond I couldn't chew, but it was part of my tooth. I don't like going to the dentist. I have a fear from when I was little a dentist slipped with the drill and slit my tongue and it got infected. I was going to my last dentist for over 30 years and he retired last year, so I was worried how the new one would be today, but he put me at ease and seems very kind.
