To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Awww, thank you Terri. I did have a great day after all. Glen bought me a lot flowers in pots, he knows I miss my gardens. He got some really pretty ones too. Nice dinner with my buddies. I did have some cake, my fave white with that whipped cream frosting, so sweet. Nice hike too with hubby and Riley, but so cold. You are the best friend Terri , I wish we lived closer. Thank you Terri, for your words of encouragement. Right when I think I can't take this anymore of going around and around the same numbers with a 30# plus gain, all my SP friends come through with flying colors to lift me up. I appreciate it so much and plan to show them and myself that I can do this again. I have to get to where my clothes aren't so tight anymore and I don't have that double chin anymore either.
