Perfecting the OUTSIDE

I'm a full-time college student [20 credits this quarter]. Which means more stress & anxiety, and less time to be as active as I'd like. So I take the opportunity to exercise at every chance possible. (Thank you 5th parking lot located FAR away from the school & countless flights of stairs!)

I've been overweight my entire life, and recently went up to being morbidly obese (195 lbs and no exercise). Between the Fall of 2012 and Spring of 2011, I dropped 25+ lbs of fat. I stopped exercising and slowly saw my weight creep back up to nearly 179. I've been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs or so for the last few months, and I just recently (09/23/11) broke into the 160s. While I know I'm supposed to be between 135-145 as a healthy weight for my goal, my main goal weight right now is 155. Once I get there, I'll decide if I'd look better if I were even lighter.

I'm a friendly person and very supportive! Add me if you'd like. (: I'll try to be as faithful to this site as possible, but I can't always guarantee I'll be on here 24/7. I do have school. Eh, gotta take the good with the bad, huh? :)

4 classes is pretty tough at times, over all I hate it but I didn't have a choice. It's a long story but yeah.

I hate that about work!!!
Be done be done be done...oh crap I haven't done it. lol.
it happens with my essays more than anything else.

Yeah, it is challenging and I think what gets difficult for me is the amount of food. But I know I have things under control as long as I am not paranoid about it every second of every day. Good luch to you as well!!Keep updated!

I haven't seen anything lower than 178 in about three years. But I didn't start actually remember what my weight was until sophomore year when I was 178 and then it syrocketed to 202 in my junior year, got to 178 last October before my great grandma passed and then I was at 202 at the beginning of summer. I have my bad weeks but I'm keeping my head up. I really hope to get to where I need to be and stay there forever.
