10 years ago after quitting smoking I put on 100 lbs within six months, and here I am still trying to take that weight off. I have lost 60 of it, but can't seem to get down past a certain point before falling off the wagon, going back to bad eating habits and quit working out. It's been a continuous cycle that I would like to stop.
