I have been a yo-yo dieter for years. I am a sugar-holic., and I am determined to break this habit and lose this weight. I've lost and gained the same 20lbs. more times than I can count. But prayerfully this is the year that I made it to Onderland and remain there.

Here's a tip to keep you on your Spark plan:

Enjoy and fill up with seasonal produce! Visit your local farmer's market or take advantage of the bountiful crops from your garden. Add produce to everything you eat, including topping pizza with veggies, adding more vegetables to soups or scrambling eggs with veggies. This enables you to fill up on high-fiber, low-calorie foods rather than unhealthy options!
