I feel bloated!
Here it is March, 2016.
I am a wife, mother, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, friend and fun loving person.
I need to readjust my eating habits.
Nine years ago I reached my goal of 160. I need to get there
I did it with Sparkpeople and weight watchers.
I would walk a lot and had a lot more energy. This time
I will have to pace the walking. These old knees aren't what they use to be.
My knees are painful and I know the weight has a lot to do with it. Two (2) of my brothers and one (1) sister had knee replacements this past year. I don't want to go through that.
I fell this past year and fell on my knees . That didn't help the situation. I broke my nose, my elbow and tore my rotor cuff. I also had two major operations and pulled thru both
I know what I have to do to lose the weight, so I am going to
do it again with the help of Sparkpeople and all my friends
on Sparkpeople who helped me do it before.
To enjoy this stage of our life.
Our Kids are grown.
My Husband and I are retired.
We have been married to each other for 48 years, this year.
My husband is 71 years young and
I am 70 years young.
Time flys when you are having fun.
I live in the Southeastern part of Pennsylvania, in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I have lived here my entire life.
I have 3 sons and 3 daughter-in-laws. My son's ages are 40, 42 and 45.
I will be married 48 years this April.
I now have 12 grandchildren,
4 girls and 8 boys.
Rebecha, Rebecka, Kevin, Abigail,
Katie, Christopher, Peter, and Daniel,
Matthew and Kayden
I am one of 9 children.
I have 3 sisters and 4 brothers living and 1 brother who is deceased.
I am the middle child.
I love all kinds of kitchen gadgets and new improved kitchen utensils and Titanium-Ceramic pots and pans.
I also have a collection of cookbooks and cooking magazines.

If your question about the Spark points is about the Fitness Minutes points, it will happen automatically when you post your minutes in the tracker.
I get about 11 points for walking 3 miles. But even at shorter distances, they do add up.
After you track your minutes, go to My Tracker. Then to My Sparkpoints and check where it says Fitness Minutes and you'll see how many you got for the walk.

Welcome to the Slimming Senior's Team! I think you and I used to be on another team together (maybe with the number 60 in the title?)
I don't post as much as I should but I do read the posts on our Gen Chat and Weight Loss threads every day.
I hope the Slimming Seniors team works for you. It's the only team I'm on now and I'm very happy with it.
