Just this once becomes way too often.....

Focus on the end goal not what is in front of you right now. That bite of unhealthy food will only give you a temporary sense of satisfaction. The more you give into those temptations the harder it is to get back on track. Just this once I will not give into that temptation so that way too often I won't give in.......


Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.

Exercise -
I usually get on the elliptical for 30 minutes per day. Usually for at least 5 days per week. I try to do strength training at least 2 times per week.

So, with the long weekend beginning in 1 hour and 9 minutes, and it also being Easter and my birthday, most people would be nervous about gaining weight. NOT ME!! I have planned a fun filled weekend with out door activity!! LOL! My man asked what I wanted to do and I told him I want to ride our bikes, ride them through th epark, to bar, go to the gym (not necessarily in that order!!) and he thought I was joking!! He asked if I wanted to go to a winery, but idk, I want to drink my vodka and club soda and RELAX!! And by relax, I mean get outside!! Now that tax season is over, we can finally spend time together AWAY from his office!! What are you planning for the weekend???
