Decide what to be and GO BE IT.

OK, wiping the slate clean for 2015. I've been on Spark since January, 2012. I lost 60+ pounds that year, the most success I've ever had losing weight. Since then, I've yo-yo'd up and down and struggled to keep it stable.

My goals for 2015 are to get back down under 200 pounds and push it further to around 180. Of course, my ultimate goal is to maintain my weight there and live a healthy lifestyle while not being "on a diet".

That is some weird accounting, man! 1 lb = 20 lbs? Gremlins indeed.

Thank you for the nice comment on my blog. I have a reputation (according to my wife ) for getting lost. Sometimes it a miracle that I find my way back home.
