Working on it.....

I've battled weight my whole life. I am determined to win the war against excess weight. I went on my first crash diet at age 11. In the last 30 plus years I've done it all Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, The Zone, Fit or Fat programs through the community. Programs only work as long as I work them. My Goals:
2014 Winter 5% Challenge

-walk 5 miles
-lose 12 pounds
-begin to work through some issues
-improve horrible posture
-strengthen my legs
-


My Program:
1250-1600 calories a day
keep protein intake greater than 90 grams. Keep my sodium below 2300 grams
daily fiber intake 20-25 mg
Fresh veggies & fruits
measure and track every morsel

Exercise

-Cardio 5 days a week
st 3 days a wee
wii fit/ea active 2 days a week
yoga 2 days a week
introduce more variety this this time around try workout other than watp and wii

daily mediation and journal/blog to help keep me focused

Thank you for the support and the compliment. It's so hard to get away from the soda but by drinking so much more water it has lessened the soda and hopefully eventually I 'll be like you drinking only water and tea. Have a great weekend!
