Every Day Matters

Life is crazy busy, so I need 'autopilot' healthy eating and fitness habits that give me the results I want without disrupting the balance of our daily managed chaos. There are kids, spouse, family, work, education, and The House of 1,000 Projects filling up the schedule. It's the day to day living that has to make the difference.

My Goals:
- to have TONS of energy
- to live a life of healthy habits
- to lose 12 pounds (half of these are 'vanity' pounds, but it's still my goal!)
- to be hooked on daily cardio (running, arc trainer, whatever!)

My Program:
Quasi - TLS eating (Low GI, emphasis on vegetables, healthy fats, lean protein) and consistent fitness. 'Consistent' being the hard part! :D

Personal Information:
Working mother of many with not enough hours in a day. In my 40's and trying to stay positive through the journey of aging and living. Getting older is NOT for the faint of heart!!
