I ordered a book called Lean in 15 by Joe Wicks from Amazon. He is from the UK. He also has a Youtube station called TheBodyCoachTV. He is on Instagram & FB. He has some interesting recipes in this book that I want to try that is only supposed to take 15 mins to make. He also has some workout routines in the book or on the channel but I'm more interested in the foods...just thought I'd share - I've done a "bit" of research on this guy and it sounds legit for people that workout. I am the same as you. I eat very well during the week and often lose up to 3 pounds during the week but gain those 3 pounds back every weekend. Self control when I'm not on a schedule is definitely hard. Like at work I can only eat what I brought...I don't eat out at work, but at home and with my family it is a different story. I'm hoping I can incorporate this guys stuff in at home and it looks yummy :)

Oh man, dried mangos are AMAZINGGG! I also like the apple chips you can get...Mmmmm delicious alternatives to junk.
I'm really comforted with the fact that some people can align with me and it doesn't make me feel so alone.

Thanks for the support, you da best.

thanks for the comment! And lol, eternal inspiration..thanks for the smile. I'm glad to inspire...Really glad to inspire others & that I've inpsired you. Its interesting. I so look at others with SO much hope now--more than ever in my life. Like I get this crazy awesome smile on my face emoticon , because I think, man if I got through that, wow, this is vanilla pudding for them ;) Ok. not quite. But I really see that hope is alive. I love that I have not only a better mentality about myself, but also about others...I didn't expect to learn that! I guess that verse..."love your neighbor like yourself" comes into play. the way you love/view etc yourself impacts how you love/view etc others...And ha I sure as heck did NOT love myself 3 years ago...Anyways, on a bunny trail here now! emoticon BUT remember what you told me, that was SO helpful for me somewhere near the beginning of my journey...you were like the "superhero" in my spark friends...lol. I was so amazed at your journey, inspired, wowed, and surrel at what you could do, pushed yourself to do, your ambitions...Looking back it was what I wanted to be. But it was almost like it couldn't possibly happened to me, but I looked to you with hoping that it could. Hence, the inspiration. Then you told me something that forever stuck with me and changed my view of you--haa, sorry no longer superhero ;) lol, still look up to you, and all the other grand motivors in my life etc etc but in a better way! You wisely told me I needed to have an intrinsic desire....(all I remember was that --others couldn't be my chief inspiration, I needed my own inner source ) But reallyl... lol, there is always that person you are like how they heck did they do that? (you know reading magazines..or this is what I've thought in the past) I remember your reading blogs and being so inspired/motivated. But I really appreciated..it was like a gentle reprimand..lol. Seriously because I needed to develop a core in me. So THANK YOU! I've told you that before in the past...but thanks again...when you wrote that comment it trigger that memory. I didn't realize how strongly it would impact me. I'll never forget that...and its come up in "my story" :) Cheerleaders come and go in life, but its like the what do we do when we are left alone kinda thing. We need a core! So,,,.keep working on ya core: both your physical and...that mentality core :) Its an ever journey...I super working on this physical core...such an inching process!!! AH...! But its coming...so thank you for cheering me on...cheerleaders are important! (I'm not saying they aren't!!!!) Know i'm cheering for you too &, I have NO doubt at all with what you can accomplish.. in fact I'm waiting for you to blow lots of minds :) Keep on resetting that mind of yours and continue to be amazed at who is breaking on through.. living life FULLY alive, fully embracing all of the wonder of who you really are! :) ...rraw, rraw, rraw! :D good things are happening! emoticon emoticon

Yeah man! initially wanted to sign up for baseball but the days just didn't sync up with my work schedule...& really, kickball just makes me feel like a kid again so i thought why not!! Was initially going to sign up with a friend but ended up signing up with my man so it should be a really good way for us to be active together & meet new people! I really think this is what I need in general to get me back in gear, I think I was just getting bored. I wanted to sign up for something else for the summer section but we're taking a 2week road trip to Nova Scotia in August so we wouldn't be around to finish it....all in all SUPER stoked to go run around like an idiot and have some fun!!

Thanks for the sweet words on my page, I finally got serious and saw some of my hard work paying off. It's not easy and there are always bumps in the road but I am enjoying the journey and where its taking me.
