Thank you so much for the great advice on my blog! I am making these positive changes, and sticking with them! Thank you also for the nice comments on my pics! I got up a little later this morning, I let myself sleep a little later today...because I too, have been such a night owl over the last month or so. It feels great to finally have a good nights sleep. Then I didn't quite make it a morning workout, but I followed through with what I set out to do...I'm proud of myself! Felt ridiculously amazing...NEVER GOING BACK TO OLD HABITS! MAKING THESE NEW ONES STICK! Thank you friend! emoticon
