I am determined to get up and keep trying each time I fall.
My reasons to be healthy include:
~Feeling better, having more energy, sleeping better
~Looking better, feeling stonger, being able to do more of what I want to do (backpacking, hiking, swimming etc.)
~Being the healthiest I can be, to prepare to have kids some day
I want to strive toward being healthier in all areas. Lose fat, gain muscle, gain stamina and endurance, increase energy, improve quality of sleep, and overall overcome sickness and ill health.
My short term goal is to get to 134 lbs by the end of March. (With more muscle in place of fat) We are planning on trying to get pregnant in March.
I am currently trying something along the lines of the Paleo diet. Nutritious, whole, natural foods, and less of them. Staying away from refined, processed foods.
I'm also trying to work up to working out an hour a day, 6 days per week.
I am living in Utah, recently married this year to a wonderful man, and hoping to grow our little family soon.
