My Goals:
My goal is mainly to get healthier physically but mostly mentally. I want to controle my stress level and learn to relax, apreciate the small things instead of worrying about them. My goal is to be able to look in the mirror and be satisfied with my reflection and smile back instead of pointing out the mistakes.
My Program:
To reach my goal I am going to:
- Run 3 times a week
- Do strength exercise 3 times a week
- Sleep at least 7 hours pr. night
- Take 5 minutes every day to myself
- Stop the comfort-eating and only eat when I feel hunger

I am a 18 year old girl from a smalltown in Denmark.
