I did it once and I can do it again ! 130# off and kept off for 3 years. 80# back on now due to poor coping skills with stress. This time it stays off. I don't want to die young or be in pain until I die old. I want energy and I deserve to be happy, energetic, and fit ! I've always taken care of others, now I take care of myself. NO MORE GUILT !!! I have choices.

Update: I had actually gained 147 # from my laziness. I had been at 177# for 3 years and still felt fat and out of control, poor self esteem. October 2013 I started again because I was unwilling to totally give up on myself. I discovered I really do love myself and I am worth so much more than what I think food & laziness were giving me.

10/5/2015 Update: I have finally arrived to Onederland. 199.3# Now on to goal !

Personal Information:
Started 2/15/07, rejoined 11/17/2013. I work as a nurse, no stress there...I love my family and my pets. I have no children. I am 52 yrs old and tired of being in pain so I am choosing to change my life for the better, to make positive choices and to be thankful for all things in my life good or bad as it will teach me in the end.

Other Information:
Love to RV. I had a 1988 class A Fleetwood pacearrow. Mom used to joke that it is so delaminated, she expects to look in her rearview mirror some day to see a class A convertible. LOL. Work full time, so camping is weekends and one 2 week trip yearly. I have 1 dog and roomie has 2, all eskimo's. Also like to bike but have to adjust handles again as wrists go numb fast.

So glad you are alright. I believe Jacque read on your FB page as to what had happened. It was shared on the RV page. Take care!!!! I know what we felt when the tread hit the camper. Thought we had been hit from behind and then when we had to go over a 2" pipe and listening to it hit the truck and camper. So many hazards when traveling. Hope the rest of your vacation is problem free!! Enjoy it, you deserve a good one.

Did I catch on Chris' page that you needed roadside assist today? Hope all went well. Was it a tire? That seems to be going around lately with our RV's!!

Oh, so you're traveling with your brother?? So sorry you had an incident, and I, too, hope you can immediately get back on the road! Have a good time, and keep me posted! emoticon

Too bad about the roof and siding! I would think a roof would last longer than that, without hail damage! Many people down here are putting metal on their roofs, and those are guaranteed for like 20 years. We have metal on our roof, but our whole house is a metal building, so that makes sense! Metal all the way around except on the utility room, and that is that Hardi board which is a cement board siding. Hubby insisted on that, and glad he did. Hope the new roof and siding last longer! emoticon
