I am a single mom, student and thrift shop girl. I didn't have weight problems until I was 17 but it came on fast. I have been up and down since then but haven't gotten below 180 and that wasn't for very long. I reached my largest the summer of 2011 at 272. My Goals:
My first goal is to get to get to 180 by May 15, 2015. My main goal is to get to 160. I am supposed to weigh 130 to have a healthy BMI but I am curvy and don't know if I should really be that small. I will get to 160 and reassess where I am health wise.

My Program:
I am starting everything over this week and my goals are to eat up to 1,900 calories a day and have a goal of burning 3200 calories a week. I want to do 30 mins Pilates 4 days a week, strength training for 20-40 mins 3 days a week and walk/jog 2 miles everyday.

emoticon Start by making little healthy choices, they will evolve into bigger ones! Have a look at Spark recipes, I found a lot of them that don't take long to cook - especially the Chinese recipes. You got this, girl!
I am doing good, haven't re-gained but every day is a challenge. I'll be starting a new job in February, hope I can keep up with all the healthy stuff once the busy days start.
