Well, I am ready to get this weight off and get healthy! I am tired of the excuses. I want it done! My husband and I are going on a cruise this year for our 25th wedding anniversary, and so this will be my gift to me. Here we go!!

*Drink mostly water - order it in restaurants.
*Eat non-sweetened cereal WITHOUT sugar.
*Eat only whole grain bread.
*Only mustard on sandwiches - no mayo.
*Eat five fruits/veggies a day.
*Skim milk
*Walk to church
*Memorized yoga routine so I can do it any time, anywhere.
*Had a running analysis done so I can make changes and protect my knees.

Thanks dear for the cheer and for reading my blog!!! I didnt know I had coments there till recently! Made me feel great to know I am not alone and I can do it. I added walking to my routine and doing some house chores etc, I also did a month stint at the gym but I have stopped due to an injury...I am getting there, started losing the weight again though small, but it is cool! Thanks a lot for being there! I appreciate you!! emoticon

Wow. Babysitting grandkids must be so busy! Glad you're still hanging in there. I have been absent for a while due to my parents' health but I am working on taking care of me.
