My Goals:
To have a fit and healthy retirement!

My Program:
I am focusing on wellness of all kinds--fitness, nutrition, emotional, social. I love gadgets and use a fitbit, and have all kinds of applications on my iPhone and iPad to help me along. I am resheding some pounds through Weight Watchers and get activity points on WW through an automatic sync on fitbit. I still treadmill 6 times a week, lift light weights 3 times a week, and walk outside on the 7th day.

Personal Information:
My real name is Bonita, I am Canadian and live just north of Toronto. I trained in social work and am now retired from working in quality assurance in a social service agency.

My passion is classical guitar and in the photo I am playing one of my Yamaha's, this one a mid range performance guitar, solid wood, not a bit of laminate on him!

My favorite music is Renaissance lute music transposed for classical guitar. Think of the dancing music in "Shakespeare in Love" and Greensleeves to get an idea.

I was lucky, I did a job for someone and they gave me a new copy of Office 2003 XP. It was free and work right up to version 8. I then downloaded a a copy of Open office which is free and not £400 for the MS Office. Now Office is charged by the month and you can't buy it.

Open of reads everything but MS access and PowerPoint. As I don't use PowerPoint but Access I uninstalled all the bits I did not want.

I use Thunderbird for mail instead of Outlook.

Service pack 3 was always a pain and never installed but by the time they brought it out I was on vista.

I have no trouble telling update not to install that update until I got to10. So far the Service Pack 3 is the only thing that has crashed windows 10 in 18 months.

I do wish that they would get the driver writers to get it right before they release them but then that has been a problem with windows way back
