I'm a former competitive runner (high school and college), and am now a 45-year-old single working mom. I have a lot of time limitations and am very tempted to eat out, and also use Coke to reward myself and boost energy when I'm tired or down. I set expectations way too high and then am very hard on myself when I don't meet them.

1. Drink 1 or fewer Cokes per day.
2. Exercise 30 minutes 5x week.
3. Lose 15 pounds by my birthday, Nov. 2, 2015 (172).
4. Lose 25 pounds by Jan. 1, 2016 (162).
5. Lose 40 pounds by April 1, 2016 (147).
6. Run a 10k in under an hour.
