Hi! My name is Michelle. I found this site a couple years ago and used it for a while, but then lost motivation and quit. I started again at the beginning of the year, but didn't get serious until the end of March. I guess my main goal is to lose a few pounds, but more importantly to develop healthier habits. Hi! My name is Michelle. I found this site a couple years ago and used it for a while, but then lost motivation and quit. I started again at the beginning of the year, but didn't get serious until the end of March. I guess my main goal is to lose a few pounds, but more importantly to develop healthier habits. I really struggle with eating properly. I work at a pizza place and get free food during my shift. That means I am surrounded by carbs and cheese all day. We also have salads and sub sandwiches. I try to make a good choice for what I eat there, but that doesn't always happen. I know I should have a salad, but more often than not, I don't. I also know I need to eat more fruit. I rarely even eat a serving a day. Not good. Working on that. Exercising has gotten easier. I have found that I LOVE doing Zumba. Its so much fun! YouTube is great for that, because I have found videos on there, so I don't have to buy any and I don't have to go anywhere. And with the warmer weather coming, I can go outside and walk or ride my bike. Thats my story. We'll see what happens.

My name is Michelle and I live in Central MI with my husband of 7 years. No kids, just a dog. I am very active in my church. My husband is the youth pastor, so that keeps us both very busy.

I saw your post in the Air1 forum re: Zumba. I'm employed by a faith based studio and ALL of our music is clean. We even use Christian songs in our classes! Pray for God to reveal a like-minded studio in your area :-)

Just came home from vacation!! Back to reality!! Went to BerryPatch,, saw that their pies are NOT homemade, food so-so, but ladies nice. great Huckleberry festival!! Going back next year!!
