Thank you soooo much for your support! I have ashtma and I had to get an inhaler before I could really take off, but honestly, I can only go for three or four minutes max before I have to take a walking break, and it's been so long since I really interval trained, I'm starting back at square one. But with you guys around, it makes me excited and ready to tackle it again!
