It feels good to be 'DONE' with 41 pounds.If six monthes ago someone would have told me Id be eating healthy, exercising and losing weight a laugh would have erupted from the pit of me stomach. But look at me Im doing it. It has taken me 37 years to get to this point. It makes me want to cry when I think of how many times I have tried nd failed. Im still angry at meself for letting 'me' get this way. But change is on the horizon. Thanks to SPARKPEOPLE and to all my SPARK FRIENDS. Im happier then I have ever been.

My Goals:

1~~~to lose 15 pounds(will weigh on Monday for start
weight)
2~~~to work out 60 min a day 4 times a week and 30 on two
days with Sunday being a rest day
3~~~to decrease my calorie intake by 150.
4~~~to take a walk at least 4 times a week
5~~~to eat a healthy meal when going out for Valentines
Day. We are going Mexican.
6~~~to read the spark again, do the 28 day plan for
February.
7~~~to continue to work on my self esteem and try to go
out more. (Stares and remarks keep me home allot)
8~~~to continue SPARKING everyday
9~~~to Smile and Thank God for everyday no matter how I
feel
10~~to continue to be the best that I can be, no matter

LOW SODIUM.
128 OZ WATER A DAY
7~8 FRUITS AND VEGGIES A DAY
CALORIIES ~ 1500-1600 A DAY
NO SODA
LOW CARB, HIGH PROTIEN MEALS

I AM MARRIED TO A WONDERFUL MAN WHO SUPPORTS ME UNCONDITIONALLY. I LIVE IN TH BIG CITY OF PHILLY, BUT MY HEART LIES IN WEST VIRGINIA, WHERE I GREW UP.
WE HAVE NO CHILDREN, BUT DO HAVE 5 VERY SPOILED CATS. THEY ARE MY BABIES.
MY MOM AND MY HUBIE ARE MY CHEERLEADERS AND KEEP ME MOVING.

Other Information:
MY HOBBIES ARE READING AND CRAFTS. I LOVE TO MAKE CARDS FOR PEOPLE. I WILL READ ANYTHING I THINK. A GOOD BOOK IS A GREAT COMPANION.

Sorry to hear you've had a headache. Hopefully it will disappear soon for you. I did my workout this morning and then played in the snow and walked this afternoon with the boy. I'm hoping that maybe I will be able to leave the house tomorrow. :)

So how much did you shovel today? :) I love snow, but I just wish it would only fall on my yard and stay clear of my deck, driveway, and roads. Hope you are having a great weekend! And great job on another 4 lbs!!!!
