Thank you for stopping by my page and commenting on my blog. I sometimes forget where my head is, or was at certain points in my health journey. I am continuing to push and am nearing onderland very slowly now. I have been reminded that a salad a day greatly helps my weight go in the downward direction as I have lost 2# this week. I hope you continue to learn and work at what helps you to be happy in your skin, which is what I am striving for as well as less pains and shortness of breath with activity. Keep pushing.
Thanks for your support about my C25K! I'm really lucky our gym has a great track, so it's been a great place for me to start running. I don't have to worry about the weather or avoiding debris on the road, and it's a flat, even surface. Eventually I should start running outside, but for now it's great! I hope you get back to it soon, it feels so good to complete a run!
