May 18 2013 i am running in the Superior 50K Trail race north of Duluth.

May 12, 2012 I became a ultra marathoner, finished the Ice Age 50k in 7 hours and 24 min.

istic of a runner. He learns the harsh reality of his physical and spiritual limitations when he runs. He learns that personal commitment, sacrifice and determination are his only means to betterment. Runners get promoted only through self-conquest.

My Goals:
Be the best I can be and enjoy every day. Enjoy life not for what I want but for what I have. remember I am not here to judge, just offer support to those who accept it and stay humble to those who do not.

My Program:
working each year on build a stronger base for my triathlon season and for my running. Keep pushing a little more thru each training cycle. Keep learning about good eating habits and timing when I eat.

Personal Information:
54 years young, Live and working in Minnesota, wife and four adult kids, almost an empty nest. Own my own small engine sales and service shop and enjoy running and cycling and swimming, mountain biking and martial arts and power yoga and doing things with the family.

Other Information:
I think I have a addiction to working out and finished doing the P90X2 work out program that totally rocks, I work out on average of 1 + hours a day and love it. going on my 5 year of exercising and loving life.This is my 4th full year of Triathlons and marathons.

Thanks for the reply back on my page on P90X3. I have started the program (well sort of - I am doing a running hybrid - so I'm not sure how Beachbody feels about that). So far I have not signed up at team Beachbody, as I was keeping my focus on Spark. Can you tell me a little bit about what being coached there involves? I know what I need to do and I love to exercise - it's really overeating that's the issue. What I really need is an accountability partner that I can notify at the end of the day that I met my daily commitments (tracked food, ate in range, and did my workout). But finding consistency in the Spark community is proving somewhat of a challenge. Anyway, any suggestions based on your Spark experience and also your Beachbody coach role is welcome...
