TIME TO GET SERIOUS---AGAIN!

My name is Gwen and I've been a Sparker since 2007. I've had some success in my first couple of 5% Challenges. Unfortunately, I've allowed complacency to almost overtake me and I've started picking up some of those bad habits I had kicked to the curb. So as of now, I'm recommitting and setting my focus on healthy living and kicking complacency to the curb!
I WILL SUCCEED because I have what it takes.

My Goals:
Lifestyle change: eat a healthy diet, and live a more active lifestyle.

Long term goal is to reach a healthy BMI.

5% Fall Challenge
Goals & Commitments Are As Follows:

I will track my food and water daily.

I will record exercise minutes/points each day.

I will lose at least 7 pounds during the Spring 2016 challenge.



My Program:
Exercise at least 60 minutes a day 6 days a week

Do Spark People strength training videos at least 4 times a week.

Run/jog at least once a week



Personal Information:
I live in Eastern North Carolina.

I am married with 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.






Other Information:
I enjoy reading, cross word puzzles, jig saw puzzles, sudoko...anything that presents a challenge.

Having said that I should LOVE losing weight :-)
It's one of the biggest and most important challenges I've ever faced!
