I am building a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle now and into the future.
My program starts with membership of this site, so I can be honest with myself, accountable to others and have all of the tools and resources at my fingertips.
I will complete my weekly exercise program (consisting of a combination of aerobic and strength training exercises) and increase wholefoods (preferably raw) and drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water a day.
To ensure I stay on track I will log my daily nutrition and fitness activities and strive to achieve my daily goals.
I live in Queensland, Australia but anticipating a move soon....
